The Fishmongers Tavern is the creation of CA Seafoods, a family-run business with a long history in the area. We have been specializing in processing Cromer crabs and lobsters for over forty years, using traditional methods and expertise passed down through three generations. Our commitment to quality and hard work continues with our newest venture - the Fishmongers on the high street, where we aim to offer the freshest wet fish, smoked fish, and shellfish. Sheringham Smokehouse, one of the few traditional smokeries left on the North Norfolk coastline, has a rich history dating back to the 19th century. While we have renovated the smokehouse and the attached Flint building to meet modern food standards, we remain dedicated to preserving its charm and heritage. We are also passionate about exploring new flavors and experimenting with traditional smoking methods to create unique products that appeal to modern tastes. Our goal is to expand our range of smoked products, providing something exciting for both seasoned smoked fish enthusiasts and newcomers alike
